In most other apartment complexes the dishwasher, range, oven and refrigerator are the low-cost type referred to as "builder's quality". At Cooper's Pond and Turtle Creek our appliances are the same as you would find in homes costing more than $300,000. For example, our refrigerators have glass shelves (not wire) and have a full width freezer shelf and extra door storage. The dishwashers have a Power Scrub Wash System, deluxe racks and there are twenty-two different washing options -- not the typical four or five. Best of all our new ranges and ovens feature "Smart Logic" electronic controls, a super large capacity, and each oven is self-cleaning (no more scrubbing).
